She helps business owners build better processes, identify meaningful KPIs, and turn financial information into practical decisions they can use to move their businesses forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Before co-founding FixBooks, Kristi spent years building and managing businesses from the inside, including co-founding and leading a ready-mix concrete company through significant growth and ultimately an acquisition.
