Kristi brings a business owner’s perspective to financial management. With decades of experience in business operations, leadership, and financial oversight, she understands that the numbers on a financial statement are the result of decisions being made every day—from pricing and purchasing to staffing, production, and growth.
Her strength is connecting financial results to real-world operations—looking beyond what the numbers say to understand what is driving them. She helps business owners build better processes, identify meaningful KPIs, and turn financial information into practical decisions they can use to move their businesses forward.
Before co-founding FixBooks, Kristi spent years building and managing businesses from the inside, including co-founding and leading a ready-mix concrete company through significant growth and ultimately an acquisition. That experience shaped her practical approach: understand how the business really works, make the financials reflect that reality, and use the information to make better decisions.
Kristi believes the best financial insight comes from understanding the why—how we got here, where we are today, and where we’re going next.
